What does OOSH mean?
OOSH stands for Outside School Hours care. OOSH services provide care for primary school-aged children before school, after school and during school holidays. At Kool Beanz Club, our OOSH program includes Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care in a fun, safe and engaging environment.

Kool Beanz Club offers a complete range of Outside School Hours Care services, including Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care for children aged 5 to 12 years. Our programs provide enriching experiences that support children’s learning, wellbeing and development outside of school hours.
how much do the services Cost?

We are committed to providing affordable Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care services for families. Many families are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which can significantly reduce out-of-pocket fees. Visit our Types of Care pages or Home page to view current fee information.
Is Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Available?

Yes. Eligible families can access the Australian Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help reduce the cost of Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.
Is food provided at Kool Beanz Club?

Yes. We provide healthy and nutritious meals in Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care. Before School Care receive a complimentary breakfast, while children attending After School Care can enjoy a healthy afternoon tea. During Vacation care, children receive breakfast, lunch and morning & afternoon tea to help keep them energised for a day of fun and adventure.
Is Kool Beanz Club government accredited?

Yes. Our Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care services are assessed and rated against the Natural Quality Standard (NQS) by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). This demonstrates our commitment to providing high-quality care, education and wellbeing outcomes for children and families
What are your hours of operation?

Kool Beanz Club is open Monday to Friday, offering flexible Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care to support busy families. Our operating hours are:
Before School Care: 7am – 9pm
After School: 3pm – 6pm
Vacation Care: 7am – 6pm
We are closed on Public Holidays.
Not at all! While our Before School Care and After School Care programs primarily supports children attending Ocean Shores Public School, our exciting Vacation Care program welcomes all primary school-aged children, including children from other schools and homeschooled children.
Does my child need to attend ocean shores public school in order to join the club?

To deliver safe, high-quality childcare and OOSH services, we collect and securely store necessary information in accordance with privacy legislation and regulatory requirements. All information is treated with strict confidentiality and used only for approved operational, educational, and safety purposes.
Is kool beanz club the same as kool beanz childcare?

No. Kool Beanz Club is a dedicated Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) service located at Ocean Shores Public School. Kool Beanz Club provides Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for children aged 5–12 years and operates independently of Kool Beanz Childcare centres.
