Kool Beanz Club is a fresh take on the traditional Outside School Hours Care (OOSH), where school days begin, adventures continue, and friendships grow.
It’s a place where primary school-aged children discover new interests, strengthen friendships, build confidence, and create stories they’ll be excited to tell you about on the way home.
Backed by nearly 20 years of experience creating exceptional early learning environments through Kool Beanz childcare, we're now reimagining what OOSH can be for primary school-aged children. Building on our reputation for doing things differently, Kool Beanz Club has been designed to create a genuine sense of belonging, excitement, and anticipation.
Drawing inspiration from clubs, badges, and membership culture, it feels less like traditional Before and After School Care and more like a community children are proud to be part of.

Our vision is simple: create an experience so engaging that children don’t feel like they have to attend - they want to.
From the way we communicate, to the experiences we create and the environments we foster, every touchpoint is designed to spark curiosity, build friendships and create memorable moments. We want children to feel excited when they arrive, connected while they’re here, and eager to return tomorrow.

Chelsea Carter - OOSH Coordinator
Meet Chelsea!
Chelsea is an experienced childcare and education professional with over 10 years’ experience supporting children across early learning, school-aged care, and primary and secondary school settings.
With qualifications in childcare and school-aged education, Chelsea has worked as an Educational Support Officer, Teacher Aide, Behaviour Support Leader and childcare educator. She brings a wealth of experience supporting children with diverse learning needs, disabilities, behavioural challenges and emotional regulation, helping each child feel understood, confident and ready to thrive.
Chelsea is passionate about creating safe, inclusive and engaging spaces where children feel a true sense of belonging. With her calm nature, caring approach and ability to build meaningful connections with children and families, Chelsea helps make The Kool Beanz Club a place where kids can learn, grow, make friends and have fun along the way.
Our Philosophy
At Kool Beanz Club, children have always been at the centre of everything we do. We believe childhood is valuable in its own right. Children are not waiting for the future. They are living their lives now.
After a day of schedules, expectations and structured learning, children deserve opportunities to play, connect, create, explore, relax, and simply enjoy being children. We believe school age care should provide experiences that complement school while recognising children's need for choice, leisure, friendships, wellbeing, and fun.
